Dorothy Beardsley - Board Member-IT Systems Support
Bio
I've been involved with Fairway Fife since 2024, and its mission is deeply personal to me. Growing up with family members who have learning difficulties, alongside early experience working in care for Fife Council, I understand both the lived and professional importance of support that empowers individuals.
As a board member with Fairway Fife and with my background in HR and the tech sector I am working to identify where systems can be strengthened, provide support to the team with any tech-related needs, and improve efficiency, while being mindful of sustainability and growth, so the charity can continue delivering meaningful impact.
Outside of this, I enjoy jamming and making music with friends, playing badminton, and I'm also a big animal lover!
