Fairway Fife is proud to partner with Fife Employability to provide Foundation Apprenticeship work experience placements for senior phase students studying Social Services and Healthcare (SCQF Level 6).
Students complete our induction training before gaining hands-on experience supporting people with disabilities in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
With guidance from our experienced team, students develop:
- Practical workplace skills
- Confidence and communication
- Teamwork and professionalism
- An understanding of inclusive practice
- Valuable experience for future education, employment and volunteering
Our Foundation Apprentices also bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and energy to Fairway Fife, making a positive contribution to our members and wider community.
