FOUNDATION APPRENTICESHIPS
Fairway Fife is excited to be working in partnership with Fife Employability to offer Foundation Apprenticeship work experience placements for senior phase students studying Social Services and Healthcare (SCQF Level 6).
Through this partnership, students take part in Fairway Fife’s welcoming induction training and gain hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities within a supportive and inclusive workplace setting. With guidance from our experienced facilitators, they build valuable skills and confidence that will support them in their future education and careers.
Our Foundation Apprenticeship students bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our service, creating real benefits for our members — helping to boost social skills, confidence, and independence. We’re proud to be part of their learning journey and to see the positive impact they’re making in our community.

Their staff, peer mentors and young adults give our Apprentices a really rich and diverse learning experience that goes beyond their learning into work and volunteering opportunities. For students to get the chance to work with such an innovative and forward-thinking organisation is a great opportunity and we really cant thank them enough'
